Ok, this was a doozy. I skipped running yesterday because I wasn't feeling particularly well and I had a VERY late start to the day. I even skipped sleep last night. At any rate, I went running at about 7 this morning after plotting the route on a map. Total distance 9.44 miles, time of 1:24:13. The route was dangerous. Lots of places had me running on 4-lane highways with no shoulder whatsoever and down the centerline in blind curves. I rather doubt I'll use this route again any time soon. Either way, hopefully it at least partially makes up for yesterday's laziness. The route can be viewed here:

Nice, I am very jealous of you being able to run real distances. I NEED to get back to that 2 and 3 mile runs suck no matter what, thats warm up stuff not actual runs. I am tempted to start linking my runs like you're doing except they're all very flat right now :(
